Caught in another lie

He is the opposite of George Washington and his "I cannot tell a lie". His motto is, "I cannot tell the truth"
Article in the Washington Times about how Kerry has lied about meeting with UN ambassadors

Missing Explosives

Kinda makes you wonder if they moved the WMD. You know they did. Here is the link for the story in the NY Times.

"BAGHDAD, Iraq, Oct. 24 - The Iraqi interim government has warned the United States and international nuclear inspectors that nearly 380 tons of powerful conventional explosives - used to demolish buildings, produce missile warheads and detonate nuclear weapons - are missing from one of Iraq's most sensitive former military installations.

The huge facility, called Al Qaqaa, was supposed to be under American military control but is now a no-man's land, still picked over by looters as recently as Sunday. United Nations weapons inspectors had monitored the explosives for many years, but White House and Pentagon officials acknowledge that the explosives vanished after the American invasion last year.

The White House said President Bush's national security adviser, Condoleezza Rice, was informed within the past month that the explosives were missing. It is unclear whether President Bush was informed. American officials have never publicly announced the disappearance, but beginning last week they answered questions about it posed by The New York Times and the CBS News program "60 Minutes."

Administration officials said yesterday that the Iraq Survey Group, the C.I.A. task force that searched for unconventional weapons, has been ordered to investigate the disappearance of the explosives.

American weapons experts say their immediate concern is that the explosives could be used in major bombing attacks against American or Iraqi forces: the explosives, mainly HMX and RDX, could be used to produce bombs strong enough to shatter airplanes or tear apart buildings. The bomb that brought down Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, in 1988 used less than a pound of the material of the type stolen from Al Qaqaa, and somewhat larger amounts were apparently used in the bombing of a housing complex in November 2003 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the blasts in a Moscow apartment complex in September 1999 that killed nearly 300 people. Who do the British Want?

Who do you think the British want to win the election? One guess, its not George Bush. This article in the Guardian shows how they can contact voters in the states to talk some sense into those Americans. What a crock. I found all this at the LGF Blog.

Another Stupid School Descision

This is from Londonberry, New Hampshire. A school decides not to publish a students picture in the yearbook because he has a shotgun in it. He shoots skeet and is proud of the sport. Here is a link to the article.

John Edwards

I have come to the realization that John Edwards is an idiot. This article is an example. I hope like hell they don't get elected.

Chechen Terrorists

The Washington Times reports that up to 25 Chechen terrorists, not insurgents, have possibly entered the US via the Mexican border. This is a prime example of why we need to lock down the borders of this country. Do we want these people to kill the children of America like they did at the Russian school? What about another 9/11? It's a thought. I hope it never happens.

John "The Healer" Kerry and his sidekick Johnny E.

According to Drudge, John Edwards is making some mighty bold statements saying that "'When John Kerry is president, people like Christopher Reeve are going to walk. Get up out of that wheelchair and walk again"

Media Bias

Here is a good blog at Captain's Quarters that shows how different reporting agencies can all report on the same evert but put a little different spin on things.

Damn Democrats

What in the world is going on with democrats? They keep destroying everything that has Bush/Cheney printed on it. They are so desperate to get the office back, they will resort to intimidation or violence. It is stupid.

Rodney Dangerfield

Rodney Dangerfield passed away yerterday from complications of heart surgey. He was great in Caddyshack.

Dennis Miller on Bush

I got this off of Michelle Malkin's Blog:

Dennis Miller on Jay Leno:

"That's why I like Bush. He doesn't over-think it. He wakes up every morning, jumps out of bed, lands on his two feet, scratches his balls, and says, "Let's kill some f@#@$ing terrorists!"

Troops Support Bush

This is kinda no brainer. An article in USA Today says that the troops support Bush 4 to 1. Granted it is an unscientific poll but I think it is very reflective of how the military feels. Why do they want a boss that is not on their side and is not giving them 110% like they do. Besides, Kerry's record on military spending is not very good.

Bittorrent

This is a cool little tool. My brother has informed me about it. I use G3 for as my client Windows. Here is a good link for the in's and out's of Bittorent

First Debate - My thoughts

The first debate has come and gone. From what I have been reading in the news and my own thoughts, I believe it was a tie. Nobody just came away with anythig big. I agree with some news reports that say Bush looked tired and frustrated. I think Bush did a good job of showing Kerry's flip flops.

I liked that point that a commander in chief should not say thing like"wrong war, wrong time, wrong place." What does this do to the troops? It says to me that I have no confidence and you should not be there, but fight anyway. That will kill morale. Of course Kerry reminded us that he served in Vietnam.

I didn't like how Kerry was wanting to go to the UN for everything. Isn't 14 resolutions for Iraq. The UN doesn't like the USA. He is the person wanting to "outsource" our national defense. Kerry has all these big ideas of what to do and Bush had a good point of how are you going to pay for everything. Kerry will raise taxes for everybody. Global tests? What the hell is Kerry talking about?
